Description

The zebrafish phenotype ontology contains data from ZFIN about zebrafish genotype - phenotype associations primarily obtained by ZFIN curators from the literature. Phenotype terms are described as an anatomy term (what is affected by the gene knockout) and a quality term (how is the anatomy structure affected).
