Description

The MSigDB Perturbation ontology contains gene sets that represent gene expression signatures of genetic and chemical perturbations. A number of these gene sets come in pairs: an xxx_UP (xxx_DN) gene set representing genes induced (repressed) by the perturbation.

Statistics

The human ontology contains 911 gene sets, 11,189 genes, and 67,052 associations.

The mouse ontology contains 248 gene sets, 7,419 genes, and 23,073 associations.
